Insurance
As an out of network provider for most PPO insurance plans, our office is happy to assist with the filing of your claim by providing you with a properly coded insurance ready statement. Most PPO plans will reimburse you for some portion of the cost of your services. We are also happy to provide you a receipt for your employee pretax flex benefit plan, if applicable.
